Australian Gold Tanning Lotion

It's that time of year where we are all looking to drop a few pounds and get tanned for the summer! I have suggested the "Firm" to drop those unwanted pounds. Now, let's talk about the tan! I suggest "Australian Gold Accelerator" tanning lotion. Now, if you want a deep, dark, rich tan and you do not burn easily this is the stuff for you! At $15 a bottle it is a great value. It can be used indoors or out. It does not have "anti-aging" or "firming" factors but, I have recently learned that the more of those additives a tanning product has the less it actually tans! Those "extras" end up blocking the sun! I think this product can be purchased at Wal-Mart but, I defiantly know that it can be purchased at Tanning Salons and Pool Shops. If you are tanning 20 minutes in a tanning bed now drop your time back to 10 minutes the first time you use this because it really does intensify the tanning process!

Total Awesome Carpet Cleaner, Dollar Store

Total Awesome Carpet cleaner is just that TOTAL AWESOME! It is a dollar for 16oz bottle at the dollar store. I have used it in a steam cleaner and it worked wonderful. But, the most amazing thing was Friday night after an event at the GTB Conference Center I found a red wine stain on a tablecloth about the size of a half dollar. I had to use the cloths the next day. So, I sprayed two sprays on the spot and it instantly went from purple to blue gray. I pressed a damp cloth on it twice and IT WAS GONE! COMPLETELY GONE!
Pick up a bottle of this stuff! It's a buck and it is awesome!

The Firm, Workout Videos

My wife has done "The Firm" workout for a several years. She finally convinced me to workout with her one day. I LOVE IT! Guys this is not just for the ladies! "The Firm" claims that you will see results in 10 workouts. That is not true! My body felt different in 3 - 4 days and by day 7 I could see my body changing. Guys if you are going to do this just increase the weights that you use. Yes, weights. "The Firm" incorporates aerobic exercise with weight training. Try it for the 10 days I think you will see that this is one of the best workouts on the market.
You can purchase the DVDs at Wal-Mart for about $10 each.
Now, the negative. "The Firm's" customer service lacks a little to be desired. I ordered a new workout about a month ago and have yet to get it! When I called to check the status of the order I found out that the workout was on back order and they could not give me an estimated date of it arrival. So, get the DVDs at Wal-Mart or off e-bay. I am sure that you will find the workouts challenging and effective.

Survery Console, Internet Service

I was looking for a program to send surveys via e-mail to poll guest that use the GTB conference center. I found, surveyconsole.com, it is a free service that allows you to make a 10 question survey and send by e-mail. The survey was easy to design and set up. Tracking responses seems to be a little tough and not user friendly. But, if you are looking a basic, free, and decent way to survey your customer base this would be the way to go. If you would like something a little more advanced pay a month fee and use something like constant contact.

Business: Candlewood Suites, Paducah KY

Experience:

Stayed over night at the Candlewood Suites in Paducah for my wife's birthday. This is a new hotel. The rooms were very nice and were equipped with full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, flat-screen TV, and large bathroom. This is a great place to get-a-way for a weekend. The price was very fair about $80 plus taxes. Candlewood Suites is a branch of Holiday Inns (I think). The Staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

Recommendation:

I would definitely stay there again and would probably look for a Candlewood Suites when on vacation.

Bussiness: Martin Fierro Restaurant, Paducah KY

Experience:
One of the best ever! The atmosphere of the restaurant was upscale and professional but very warm and inviting. The staff was well trained and knowledgeable and very attentive without being intrusive. The food may have been the best I have ever experienced. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this place! It was more than a restaurant severing great food; it was a dinning experience. The cost for dinning at Martin Fierro is about $50 per person and it is worth every penny plus! They do run specials and discounts on certain night and times. There website is very informative with menu selections, prices, and contact information. I have posted a link and suggest a visit to the site.

Recommendation:
I took my wife for her birthday and we'll go again for "special" occasions. This place is definitely on the top of my list of places to go. If you are looking to treat someone to an awesome experience take them to Martin Fierros!
